A number of new features have been added to the website. Pages have therefore been modified to
accomodate additions, ease navigation and unify the site.
The new features are...
- More annotations to search;
- GO (for both C. elegans and L. rubellus)
- RNAi experiment results (C. elegans only)
- Peptide Mass Fingerprint search
- Plate reference and primer searchs for some C. elegans sequences

Lumbribase Update - 12,889 ESTs in 6,076 gene objects |
| 06 October 2004 |
Lumbribase Update - 11,218 ESTs in 5,398 gene objects |
| 24 August 2004 |
Annotation searches can now be restricted to searching blastx results (ie against protein databases).
Some clusters hit untranslated sections of nucleotide sequence and this may give a false annotation. To
aviod annotations based on blanstn results tick the 'Only search blastx results' box. |
