Marine Nematodes from the shores of Loch Fyne, Easter 2000

Individual nematode specimens were collected, prepared, PCRed and sequenced by Ronan Roche (ICAPB) and morphologically identified by Dr. Tim Ferrero (NHM).

Nematode specimens from Loch Fyne are indicated by a preceeding alphanumeric code. When an identification was made, this is given after the code. Where identification to species was not achieved, the higher taxon to which the specimen was assigned is given.
