User guide Download Publications Feedback Contact us prot4EST is a perl script that takes expressed sequence tags (ESTs) and translates them optimally to produce putative peptides. prot4EST intergrates a number of programs to overcome problems inherent with translating ESTs. prot4EST and all of the external programs are freely available to academic researchers.

The parasitic nematode Trichuris muris. S. ratti is a gut parasite of rodents, and is used as a research model for the human-parasitic Strongyloides stercoralis whichh infects hundreds of millions worldwide. See NEMBASE3 for analyses of ESTs from this parasite and many other nematodes. |
