sequence datasets from the ARTHROPODA PartiGene database

These datasets are fasta formatted files of the cluster consensuses for each of the species in the ARTHROPODA collection of databases maintained at http:/www.nematodes.org/NeglectedGenomes/ARTHROPODA/ (currently sixty species are represented).

You can view the PartiGene cluster information for any particular cluster by using the web link

substituting XXC and XXC00001 with the cluster set identifier, and the cluster number, respectively.
