Genome Survey Sequences (GSS) from Brugia malayi genomic libraries

As part of the process of charactrising the genomic libraries constructed for the genome project, we have been end-sequencing randomly selected clones to verify insert origin. This has been very revealing, especially concerning the original cosmid library constructed for the project. Seee the links below for more details.
