The Brugia BAC Library

A BAC (bacterial artificial chromosome) library has been constructed.

More details of its construction and properties will be posted soon. ~4000 clones (12 x 384 well microtitre plates) have been picked and gridded onto high-density filters for hybridisation screening. The insert size is 60-100 kb.
