Filarial cDNA and genomic DNA Libraries

A listing of the avaiable DNA libraries (gDNA, cDNA) from filarial nematodes, including all the ones used for EST sequencing in the Genome Project, and many others.
Please... If you have additional libraries which you are willing to make available to the research community, you can make their availability known here. Just email me and I will make an entry in the database.

Filarial Lab Home Pages

It would be good to post world-wide web "home pages" for each and all of the labs involved in the project on this server, or at least have links to home pages already in existence. Please email me (Mark.Blaxter@ed.ac.uk) the URL for your page or the text you would like posted... Of course, the pages would be made more lively if there was a picture or two ... your institute's logo, a photo of the lab, your favourite worm picture....

Filarial-Genome Mailing List

This is an email discussion list for everyone interested in filarial genome research. It is serviced by Mailbase, a Newcastle, UK, based academic service provider and moderated by Mark Blaxter. It supports email, WWW and gopher/ftp access and offers a very simple way for researchers to share information and ideas electronically. The link is to the gopher server at Mailbase, which gives you access to all the posted messages and all the associated data files.
