DETAILED DESCRIPTION: mRNA was prepared from microfilariae of Brugia
malayi isolated from jirds and converted to double stranded cDNA
using reverse transcriptase and oligo(dT) followed by RNase H and
DNApol I. The library had 3.5 x 10E5 independent recombinants and
average insert size was 900 base pairs. There are 92% recombinants in
the amplified library.The library was constructed by Lori
Saunders.
