DETAILED DESCRIPTION: mRNA was prepared from adult males of Brugia
malayi isolated from jirds and converted to double stranded cDNA
using reverse transcriptase and oligo(dT) followed by RNase H and
DNApol I. The library had 4.6 x 10E6 independent recombinants and
average insert size was 800 base pairs. There are 99.6% recombinants
in the amplified library. The library was constructed by Noelle
Ling.
