DETAILED DESCRIPTION: mRNA was prepared from third stage infective
larvae of Brugia malayi isolated from mosquitoes 10 days after
infection and converted to double stranded cDNA using reverse
transcriptase and oligo(dT) followed by RNase H and DNApol I. The
library had 1.6 x 10E6 independent recombinants and average insert
size was 900 base pairs. There are 95% recombinants in the amplified
library. The library was constructed by Wenhong Lu.
