DETAILED DESCRIPTION: mRNA was prepared from adult females of Brugia
malayi isolated jirds and converted to double stranded cDNA using
reverse transcriptase and oligo(dT) followed by RNase H and DNApol I.
The library had 1.6 x 10E6 independent recombinants and average
insert size was 900 base pairs. The library was constructed by
Michelle Lizotte.
