11: Bootstrap analysis of the best maximum parsimony tree

The best tree found was then assessed using the bootstrap procedure. We carried out 1000 bootstrap resamplings of the dataset, and collected the 1000 different trees produced. The tree below is the consensus of these with the numbers on the branches indicating the proportion (in percent) of times that the node was found in the final bootstrap dataset.
